This new unit features 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms on three levels. It contains a living/dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer and keyless entry. The Kitsilano offers an excellent layout with an open-concept kitchen, perfect for your home dining needs. Situated in Vancouver's most central and beautiful area, Kitsilano is a 10-minute drive to UBC, 5 minutes to Granville Island, and Downtown Vancouver. Only 5 blocks, less than 10 minutes walk from the Kitsilano Beach. For those of you here on business, we have provided a printer, document shredder and free high-speed Wifi, ensuring that you can continue your work uninterrupted. Perfect for families and professionals.
As your comfort and enjoyment are of the utmost importance to us, we have paid attention to all the fine details that matter. Please inquire if your dates fall between reservations and we might be able to fit you in. Shorter stays are often available, please inquire.

This house worked great for our group The location was very central to what we needed. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Beautiful residence

We had a great stay. Home was really nice and located in a nice area. The Mexican restaurant just down the the street was a great place to grab a meal and relax.

My daughter and family (total of 4) had a great stay here. Positive was everyone could have their own bedroom but We weren’t aware that the third bedroom was in the lower level.There were no tea towels in the kitchen?!?Parking was an issue unfortunately, best for people who haven’t rented a car

Great spot in Kitsilano

We had 3 couples stay for three days prior to a cruise. I would stay here again when visiting Vancouver. Great location. Well kept well maintained place. Thanks to Jack for being such a great host.

Lovely week in Vancouver

We had a lovely stay in Vancouver. This place is perfect for a group. A big plus was each room having access to a separate bathroom. House was great, super cosy and a perfect location. The area was quiet and an easy walk to the supermarket, shops and cafes. Also very easy to access public transport to get into the city centre. I would 100% recommend this property when staying in Vancouver, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Jack!

First trip to Canada

Jack was Amazing host. He made sure the house was really clean and even shampooed the carpets as my husband is immunocompromised. He was very attentive to any of our needs. Will definitely stay there again. Beautiful house in a beautiful area.

Wedding Cruise to Alaska

Had a fantastic stay at Jacks residence, its perfectly located in Kitslano, with easy access to grocery stores, shopping and the beach, We were able to visit Granville Island and downtown Van in a matter of minutes, depending on traffic. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks Jack for being such a positive host !

Great house and location in Vancouver

House was perfect for our group of travel friends. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom which was so wonderful. Kitchen cozy but ample seating. Easy walking distance to small market and great coffee shop. Great communications from host. We had no issues.

Convenient!!!!

It worked so well for the 6th of us. We were here celebrating our friend’s birthday. Restaurant was only 4 minutes away! Great location for stores & restaurants. Highly recommend Karma Bistro Indian restaurant on 4th. Great stay!

Great stay in a fantastic location

I stayed here with my husband and adult daughters so we could attend a family event in Vancouver. It was a great space for us - we each had our own room and bathroom which was nice. It's true there is no dining table and not a large common area but that was fine for us since we had planned to have all of our meals out anyway. The location could not be beat - walking distance to everything on 4th, the water, etc.

Loved the property, great location. It could use: cookie sheets (at least 2), instructions on how to use the TV and what channels are available, more ice trays - the plastic one does not work well and there is no storage tray for cubes to make ice continually; information on local restaurants, grocery stores, where to put garbage when the bin under the sink is full.Beds were great, sofa and chair in living area are very low to the ground for older people

Kitsilano 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath

This property was beautiful from the garden entrance to the combination kitchen-living room to each wonderful bedroom and bathroom!! The stairways’ woodwork and house decorations are gorgeous!! Communication with the host was always fast and efficient, and he was very accommodating when we needed a two-hour earlier check-in due to a change in our flight. I would highly recommend this house and would use it again myself with hesitancy!!

Wedding Cruise`

We Stayed at Jacks house for 2 nights prior to our wedding cruise with 2 other couples, it was perfect for all six of us to have our own beds and bathrooms ! The shared kitchen and living room was fun for shared meals and nice wines were consumed in the front yard under the streaming sunshine. Then we all participated/joined the Kitslano days festival a block away and had fun meeting the locals and other visitors. One of my best VRBO experiences yet. Jack was a terrific host and easy to work with. Thanks Much Jack!

Great way to experience Vancouver

First time in Vancouver, so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I was thrilled with the stay. The house has everything you’d need, in a fantastic neighborhood, close to mass transit, a grocery, bagel shop and tons of restaurants. You really don’t need a car here, though there is street parking. The signs alternate between permit/no stopping/unrestricted, so read carefully. We had no issues, only one question and got an immediate response.

The Best Location

The place is a townhouse/apartment really, carved out of a bigger house. The top floor bedrooms/bathrooms are very nice. Beds are good. The living and kitchen are very small. The downstairs was okay. There were a couple of cleanliness issues-a diaper left in an upstairs garbage, red mold in the downstairs bath along with dead bugs. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet, sharp knife, better egg cooking utensil and a full set of measuring cups and spoons. That said, it's in an absolutely great location-walking distance to stores, restaurants, cafes etc.

Property was beautiful, good location. The kitchen and living room area small. 6 adults was too much. It was really hot in Vancouver and the house has no AC so we were really uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. House needs attic fan, ceiling fans to circulate the air . Wish we would have stayed at the Marriott

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The inside of the home has been updated with quality kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathroom toilets, tubs/showers, and beds in each bedroom. The listing shows three (3) Queen beds, but I think one of them is actually a double bed. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. There are stairs up to two of the bedrooms, and stairs down to the other. The parking is on the street, but the street parking is reserved for residents only. All in all I would recommend this property for your visit to Vancouver!

First time in BC

This was our first time to Canada, and we loved the area! This house was a good place for us, gave us freedom to cook meals or walk to eat out. We feel the neighborhood was safe and clean. The house was updated and clean, and the grounds were kept up very nicely. It is a duplex, but we never heard the people next door. I am not sure if it was a VRBO glitch but we never got the check in/check out instructions so we weren't sure what the expectations were when leaving. I had messaged the owner for check in and he gave us the code within a day. Very relaxing to stay.

Comfy well positioned Home

House is in a good position for shops, restaurants & the beach. Nice quiet suburb with large leafy trees. 4 blocks to Safeway, 1 block to a convenience store. No dining table so seating for dinner is a bit cramped around the coffee table & kitchen bar but you get by. 3 beautiful bedrooms each with their own ensuite plus a toilet in the kitchen/lounge area which was very convenient. Very good laundry area. Nice front yard with outdoor table & chairs although garden was unkempt & lawn was high. No BBQ but kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Good dishwasher too. Would recommend.
