An 8 minute walk to Kitsilano Beach, Kid Friendly, Pet Friendly, Grocery Store, Banks, Shopping, Transit all a 1 minute Walking distance. The home contains on the first floor an open style living room and dining room with 10 foot ceilings and built in surround sound, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with large granite island for entertaining, laundry room, gas fireplace and powder room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms with power controlled skylights and vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, dresser and nightables with an ensuite washroom with heated floors and luxury rainshower head walk-in shower. The second bathroom on the upper level has heated floors, a large soaker tube with rain shower head. The 2 second bedrooms have skylights, dressers, night tables and comfy single beds. Awesome property and convenient location to Kits, Granville Island and other points. Owner thought of everything to make our stay so welcoming and comfortable
Great Stay:We can highly recommend this property for a stay in Vancouver. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to our inquiries. The Kitsilano location was great for the activities we had planned in the area and shops/restaurants were easily in walking distance. The house was clean and very well equipped. If we came back to this area we would look to stay here again.
Such a wonderful home filled with beautiful fresh flowers and all the comforts to make our trip extra cozy. Home is in a Great location - could walk to visit and enjoy so many places around town.
The property itself was very nice with high end appliances and lots of extras like coffee and bottled water waiting for us. Location was very walkable to stores, coffee shops and the beach. Communication was great. There is off street parking behind a gate which was nice as well.

Katherine and Jamie were very responsive to our minor questions. Layout is as advertised:updated kitchen and master bath, roomy living room, great little deck for relaxing and dining. Would 100% stay here again!
katie's home is simply suberb in every way - it's clean, warm, well stocked/supplied, and the location is hard to beat. we stayed for three nights while our home was being renovated after a flood, so we were feeling a little out of sorts, but katie made us feel right at home. she responded quickly to all of our questions and provided everything we needed. i highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a stay in the kits neighbourhood
We loved our stay here! Our host Katherine was great to communicate with and very friendly. We had questions before booking about bringing our small senior dog with us and she responded very quickly!
The house is super clean and comfortable and has plenty of space to relax in the living room. It is so conveniently located too! We were here for a long weekend and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the house is only a short walk to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants on Broadway and on 4th Ave. We also were able to walk to Kitsilano Beach and Granville Market!

The home is well located to shopping, restaurants and the beach (10-minute walk). It is well appointed and quite clean. A very big factor is a single off-street parking spot. Parking in the Kitsilano area is non existent, as far as we could tell. Our host, Katie, was very helpful with suggestions about Vancouver attractions, etc. You will not be disappointed if you book this place.
Property was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood is very conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. If you want to be near the main attractions in Vancouver but be out of the bustle of downtown, this is a great choice.
The fully equipped kitchen was a big asset for my family. The home was perfectly located near transit, groceries, coffee shops, and a major thoroughfare, yet the space was whisper quiet setting my family up for a peaceful nights’ sleep. Our host was exceptional. Quick to communicate, thorough in her responses and I had a sense that she genuinely cares about her guests.

We loved this property. Stylish, clean and well laid out for our family. And the location was absolutely perfect. We were close to everything-grocers, great dining, Kits beach, Granville Island, and more. Our host, Katherine, was extremely responsive to our needs. There is enclosed courtyard that our dog, Archie, enjoyed. We used the outdoor patio and grill for many family dinners. We hope to come back very soon!

The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. It fit our grouo of 5 adults comfortably and the fire table was lovely. The properties off street parking accommodated our van easily.
The hosts had everything ready for our arrival and were quick to respond when we had questions about the area, dining, etc.
Definitely a place we would return to.
Location… location… location! Perfectly situated in Kitsilano. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Charming neighbourhood, close to grocery drug and liquor store. The hosts provided a very thorough orientation pamphlet… outlining clearly all directions to use appliances and tv’s. The backyard was a perfect area to retreat to after busy days.
The comfort of this home… made us want to stay longer…. So we will just have to come back!
The house was perfect and the location was ideal for our west Van trip. We walked down to the beach every morning and all the options are just outside your door (coffee, food, groceries, gym, etc). We will definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal, walking distance to parks, beach, shops and transport options. Having a private driveway for our car so close to 8th avenue was fantastic.
The space is really well presente, modern and clean. Bathroom and outside space downstairs very handy. Owners live below but didnt hear them at all, and they were very happy to help with a couple of minor things we needed, not related to the property. Enjoyed having access to TV streaming services incl Apple TV. Property had good heating options, not that we really needed. Great shops nearby.

The property is beautifully appointed and exceptionally well equipped. Doesn’t feel like a holiday home at all. Attention to detail exemplary summed up by the arrival of Starbucks Nepresso coffee pods on the doorstep on our first morning. Would highly recommend. Within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
