"The hotel is one block from Hyde Park, less than two blocks from the Central and Circle Tube lines and close to many dining options. I was given a room on the 8th floor and the lift went only to the 7th floor. When I requested to be given a room on a lower floor, the front desk clerk, Marat, was unwilling to fulfill the move.
