"Short walk from Town Centre, great breakfast. Room clean but miner niggle in that it should have been a single room rather than double as despite the warning the beams were impossible to miss sometimes!"

"I stayed here while walking the Cumbria Way and it is in an excellent location. On the high street, but on the corner soon a quiet location. The building looks fantastic and is close to shops and restaurants and cafes in Keswick, but far enough away to be away from the crowd not to be busy. The pub and restaurant are smart and tidy and the food in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The room I stayed in was very comfy and had everything I could have wanted. The bathroom was very smart and well equipped and even though it was a compact bathroom it was well designed."
