"Really fantastic stay. Was easy to access via train/bus (X4/X5 from Penrith) and very close to Keswick town centre. Perfect for anyone looking to escape in the fells. Staff were lovely, breakfast was top, and the spa was one of the highlights of our trip! Loved the room — view was spectacular, tea tray always stocked! Thank you very very very much for our stay — no doubt we’ll be back someday. "

"Great value for money. Friendly staff during check in, clean good sized room (we stayed in a small double atic window) tvs had smart tv features like netflix. The bed was very comfy and good toiletries in the en suite. Fantastic location, right on the main street of Cockermouth and free parking at the hotel. Lovely quiet stay. Would definitely stay agon."

"Beautiful hotel and spotless! Very comfortable room and toiletries. Great view of the hillside and very close to town. A comfortable lounge also available for guests operating an honesty box system for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff really nice. Will definitely stay again, we loved it. Just a shame it was one night on the way to Scotland. Will go for longer next time. Thanks for a fabulous stay."

"Super nice rooms, excellent shower, all very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were high quality, clean and maintained throughout the day. Breakfast excellent - continental pastries and usual buffet. The restaurant and bar area are picturesque and add to warm cosy feeling of the entire venue. Would highly recommend. "
