"Really enjoyed our stay here- lovely hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and great location near bus, train and ferry. Safe area, good food options on waterfont and nice restaurant onsite. Enjoyed having pool, spa and fussball table and even the special treat of a lolly jar at reception! Quiet rooms- didn’t hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Clean rooms and good service. It got easier once we found out how to avoid climbing up the steep Plimmer Steps ( by judicious use of nearby elevators and lift).
