Very poor for a Ramada. No 24 hour front desk. If you are not local and do not have cell service and arrive late it's very difficult to gain access. Dirty, run down, torn curtains, broken shower, no shampoo, unwelcoming front desk staff. Bombarded with emails and texts (recieved after I got home) to provide your personal details online. This is a privacy issue. You have no ideas who has access to you personall information.

Staff were lovely and helpful! Convenient location for the city and the room was clean and had a nice layout. Only downside was walls were quite thin, so was a bit noisy at times.

Good hotel, if dated a little. The suite was spacious and well laid out, although the elevated shower could be hazardous to some. The inclusion of a washer and dryer is a huge bonus. Location is not central but walkable to the main touristy things - plenty of food and dining options nearby.

It was nice having the kitchenette and the washing/dryer for laundry. The bathroom was spacious but the room did seem a bit outdated. It worked for our purposes. Location is great for downtown Wellington. Also the reception isn't 24 hours, so if you check in after hours, watch out for an email with instructions on how to get your hotel keys.

Better seating in the room - after a long day of traveling there was literally no where comfortable to relax. Small things like this would make it feel more like an apartment room rather than the simple hotel room with a kitchenette that we got. Also our room didn’t once get seen by house keeping which was really disappointing - the booking said daily house keeping but when we arrived we were told it’s not every day.

The rooms were clean and neat! But best were the staff. Thry looked after us nothing was too much trouble. Zoe was great helping me with my email. And Tino was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good, was just disappointed with parking situation. I was told parking was on a first in-first served basis so arrived right on 3pm check-in time, only to be told no parks available. They could not give me advice on any alternative parking options, just told me to park on the street. After driving 5 hours and not knowing Wellington this was quite stressful. I went and checked several times and there were parks available. Parking should be able to be booked in advance to alleviate this stress.

Clean and spacious apartment

We had a one bedroom apartment for a 2 night stay and it was very spacious and clean. Large comfortable bed and ideal to have dryer and washing machine available too. Parking was additional but reasonably priced and we could come and go as often as we wanted (even gave us a more spacious park to accommodate our large vehicle). Check in was easy and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very well located, staff approachable & very good to deal with. Our unit all good but friends unit (part of our booking) not cleaned well & detracted from visit. Units still well set up but starting to show wear n tear. We will be back.

Checked in and all the facilities, cups and cutlery were dirty. Needed to wash everything. Smear marks, coffee stains, cutlery had remains of food on. No blinds or privacy voile on windows so curtains had to stay shut the entire time and lights on. Very upset with this stay.
