The place was awesome for the kids to have their privacy, the location being opposite a supermarket even better.
It was above a pub but you couldn’t hear any noise at all. Amazing
The property was well hidden away from the public but amazingly close to all amenities. Walk to the beach, hire a bike into town, catch a bus on the corner.

Car park not included - be prepared to park on the road if you have a vehicle.
The apartment was not "Covid clean" - dirty light switches, windows, floor, duvet covers, however it is a lovely space and has everything you need.
Other than that, we were pleased with the location and access to cafes, supermarket, and so on.
Great apartment, used for a 1st night stay in Wellington. Can’t fault for facilities and cleanliness.
There is a local bus nearby to get into the city centre
