The room smelled freshly cleaned and sanitized when we walked in, but not overpowering. Complimentary mini bar was a surprise. Check in was quick and easy. Location was super convenient, next to the main train station (but we didn’t even notice it, noise-wise) and within walking distance for some things such as the Belvadere Museum.

Excellent location being stone throw to the main train station. Room is quite dark, hotel should improve on room brightness. Its quite cramped for family of 4 with sofa bed. There is no mini bar or fridge in the room, No smart TV too thus unable to access netflix or Youtube.

The facility is modern and clean. A nice in house bar-restaurant offers a range of tasty dishes. Staff was generally friendly, apart from one snappy receptionist. Breakfast choices were nice. However, it seemed that especially the breakfast area and obviously the kitchen were understaffed, as refilling the buffet could not keep up with the demand. But all in all, a positive overall impression. Would definitely stay there again.
