"This hotel is nice and central. Walking distance to catch the ferry to Waiheke Island and walking distance to all your shopping needs and restaurants. If you like to gamble, the casino is within the hotel complex, and for the adrenaline junkies, you can bungee jump or skywalk at the Skytower which is also within the hotel complex. Something for everyone I say. Whenever in Auckland this will be my go to hotel."

"Adequate size room, although it was very noisy - the doors are heavy and make a loud noise when closing. 415 is next to the lift - I wouldn’t recommend that room. But price and location (booked 4 months in advance) were really good. Great amenities nearby including a supermarket. Harbour views (partial) were a welcome bonus. Tip - lime scooters for getting around."

"The room met my needs, but was shabby and requires renovation. I booked a family room which contained a kitchenette, however there was only a desk and one chair so nowhere to sit and eat. Lots of things about the room that were poorly designed/laid out. On the plus side the pool area was nice and hotel located a short walk from the city centre."

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"The apartment is nice with 2 bedrooms and spacious. It closes to Metro grocery store and many restaurants. There are a washer and dryer machines very convenient for us."

"The biggest issue we had with our stay was the lighting in the room. It was quite poorly lit and all the color schemes in the room tended toward dark materials. A second issue was with the check-in. This was a mixed result depending on who was waiting on you. We arrived early and got conflicting stories about when the room would be available, and then we were not informed when it was finally available. The biggest positives were that the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet."
