Right from check-in, we were treated so well. The corner suite was beautiful, all the furnishings were comfortable & it had a lovely new feel. Our only disappointment was that the suites overlooking the viaduct were all booked, so ours looked towards Sky Tower over the marina. The shower was absolute heaven, as was the bath. On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Clean and tidy wonderful view of Auckland the harbour bridge at night. We were in room 1410. Great sleep. The reception person was Eden excellent inter personal skills, we felt so welcome. Didn’t like paying a bond even though it was refunded didn’t get the point

Our first stay. The staff were pleasant friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and of good size. Nice walk in shower. Air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient. The complementary continental breakfast was excellent with good variety and barista coffee too. Very centrally located to Vulcan Lane and Queen Street, short walk to the Viaduct. This will now be our go to Hotel every time.

My wife and i stayed at the Quest on Queen in June 2016 for 2 weeks. We have stayed there previously and were pleased to be able to get the booking. We stayed in a studio apartment which has a bedroom, lounge/kitchen, bathroom/laundry and a balcony which looked onto Queen St. It was good to have the facility to cook and to launder and dry our clothes on a daily basis. This means that we do not have travel with so many changes of clothing. The hotel is close to the transport hub of Britomart...

Lovely room, quiet and clean. Would stay again if the price was right we got a great deal otherwise its quite expensive.

I really enjoy staying with Quest Hotel/Serviced Apartments, although I feel that Quest Carlaw Park had the best service of any place I've stayed with and there's been plenty. José who was on reception when I arrived, provided exceptional service and nothing was a problem. Unfortunately there was a boy racer meeting at Caltex which was quite loud and could be heard within my room, but this is no fault of Quests and they'd actually supplied earplugs in the room, and one for each of us. A great place to stay the night before you fly. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. The car storage is convenient and rates reasonable. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay at.

Great stay. Supermarket a short distance away and close to Takapuna Beach and shopping centre. (All within easy walking distance.) Convenient , comfortable, air conditioned (if needed) and clean apartment!

did not visit the kitchen as there are great food outlets around the place. The rooms are immaculate and so are the showers and toilets
