"Absolutely amazing room! Very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for a weekend stay - many appliances. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of storage. Air con was a life saver this weekend. Car park safe & secure. We had a few issues prior to checking in however, customer service over the phone was excellent & those issues were resolved very quickly. We will definitely look to stay here again when in Auckland. "

"Great place to base yourself downtown, very quiet and clean with the balcony, washer and dryer being an added bonus. . Pool and sauna on site with friendly residents. Gaining access was an iissue as no email was received with instructions to get the key from the lock box however, the manager was great to deal with as she talked us through it on the phone. Happily stay here again in the future. "
