"First thing to note is that this apartment building is just down the street from a homeless food mission. There are half a dozen or more hanging around the street and there is a noticeable smell of bodily fluids up and down the block, especially in corners by doors. Obviously not something you can expect a rental owner to do about it, but it should be noted. Place is just ok. Basic everything. Cheap pans. Cheap table. Cheap beds. Great TV and sliding glass door to porch."

"The place could do with some more pillows, a wash cloth as there was nothing to wipe the kitchen bench, some face washers, wine glasses, sugar."
