Staff, room size and cleanliness were all very good. Position to town centre not-bad. Only downside was the nightly noise until the early hours as it is next to student accomindation. If you are use to city noise, a great place to stay. If you are not, it is very tiring, stressful.

Friendly & helpful staff, quiet venue. Walking distance to Spark Arena. Unfortunately cafe next door not open on weekends. On a positive note room had a kitchenette so can prepare your own food.

Great location and staff

Wonderful front desk staff with a beautiful smile and kind disposition. Very helpful. The room clean and modern. No issues other than noisy A/C unit. Will come again.

This was the prefect place for me to stay prior to my Procedure at Auckland City Hospital.The room was accessible with my mobility issues.Room was very clean and nice and quiet so I could rest. Very handy to the expressway and Hospital and not to far away from Westfield Newmarket. Staff very friendly and parking on-site made this a 5Star experience.I will highly recommend The Quest Carlaw Park to others looking for accommodation in Auckland.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, during those days our room wasn’t vacuumed and we only had a small pocket tissue - there were no tissue box in the room. The toilet door made loud sounds when opening and closing. Shower water was rather warm not hot and very weak.
