Casino Hotels & Resorts in Viaduct Harbour from NZ$145

"check in at 3.30pm to find out room was not ready for us to check in . so waited in the gym area till 5.30pm .... pools was over overcrowded with family and kids .... feel like going to a community pool then high end hotel . sauna was dirty with cup and used towel inside . room was decent but nothing special. order a night snacks at 11.30pm and waited for 80mins for a cluc sandwiches with fries 🍟... only good thing about staying there is close by to the casino if you want to gamble. but if gambling is not your thing i will definitely recommend you stay elsewhere.... very disappointed with the stay and don t think i will be going back there again in the near future 😢 "

"Great location to get aboit the city with friendly sraff and beautiful rooms . Very smooth elevator ride also, this has been a worry if mine as so many are small and jerky in the movement. "

"The room we had was tired, some tiles cracked on the kitchen floor which wasn’t a great impression when we first walked in. Note this hotel in above a number of restaurants and bars so if you looking for a quiet room don’t book this hotel ( music still going at 3am)"

"We always stay here as it's nice and clean, but mostly super convenient. It's not suuupppeeeerrrrr fancy, but it's definitely a really nice hotel and we are never disappointed "
