"The hotel is the newer contemporary property of the Banff Springs Lodge located across the street. The accommodations are clean and nice and very modern. Great service, beautiful lobby with free coffee and hot chocolate. The water pressure and heat are excellent, the bed is very comfortable and there’s plenty of closet space and storage. The pool and jacuzzi are located across the street at the main hotel, but don’t recommend due to too many kids and messy lockers rooms. Peaks is located next door to Bluebird, one of the best restaurants in Banff. Definitely recommend this property. "
