Hudson helped me book a few local adventures and also told we where to see wildlife +, the room he reserved for me had an outstanding view and met my wife’s physical needs (no stairs) very well . Food at the Bistro was great..location of hotel is remote (in the forest), yet very close to town and has shuttle for guests.

The mountain views were beautiful and the highlight of our stay. However, the sheets and shower curtain were not clean, and the bedroom quality did not quite match the price. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was absolutely perfect after a day of exploring. The mountain view was breathtaking and made the experience even more special. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was unforgettable. They also have free drop off and pick up to downtown Banff which makes it easier to roam around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning mountain views.

Staff was great! View was unmatched, hot tub was good. Everything was great really, the experience is more so the view rather than the room. Room is simple and will do as the view is insane, only problem is the floors are pretty loud so you may actually wake up in the middle of the night when people walk around.
