Reception staff are awesome, the whole hotel feels like returning home. Love the pantry downstairs. This was a lovely touch. It was our honeymoon and the nice little bottle of wine and chocolates surprise in the room was fantastic and so special to us. We loved so much that we booked for the last night after a quick overnight tour.

Great location centered around Liverpool Station and underground
Air-conditioning was a bonus in this heat
Really, really clean and modern room.
Windows keep the city noises out
Only let down was the lack of a kitchen knif for cutting things and a tea towel to dry dishes
Would be happy to stay here again

What a great location. So convenient. Tube at door, Bus stop next to hotel. Great room with view of the Tower of London, easy scenic walk to Tower Bridge. Close to restaurants. Great helpful staff.

I stayed here because of the Heathrow surge disruption, I paid over £1000 for one night due to surge pricing but all I needed was a bed having been turfed out of Heathrow with no place to go and no bag.
This small hotel was friendly and efficient, I was only there for 7 hours as I had to trek back to Heathrow next morning. Usual rate is very reasonable from what I can tell , it’s a clean functional small room with a bed which may be all you need.
