"It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. "

"Excellent location between the famous places in Cotswold. Friendly staffs, outstanding pizza, ragu pasta for dinner, the portion of breakfast was big and tasty.
