"Very pleasant stay apart from noisy window cleaners using manatou on adjacent building from 05:30 in the morning. Not the hotels fault, but should have been stopped. Hotel kindly provided us free breakfast as compensation."

"Very nice clean hotel. It’s a huge place but laid out in a way that looks like several smaller places, but finding our way around the upper floors was confusing. Nice spacious clean rooms with just what we wanted for a short stay. Good WiFi. And in a great location for exploring Bristol as a first-timer."

"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."
