Booked this hotel for its location next to lake and entry into the Cotswold. Was very happy with my choice. One of the best breakfast choices I’ve had, very polite and helpful staff and conveniently located in relation to some of the best Cotswold Villages and other tourist sites. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautifully positioned on the edge of the lake, the hotel is a great place to relax. The rooms are well appointed and slightly larger than the average hotel room. Very comfortable bed. We were offered a lakeside view room when we arrived for an extra £30 and it was well worth the extra. We would come again.

No air con made room and bathroom unbelievably hot. Room hot but given a fan so bearable- bathroom like a sauna. Needs a refurb. Drinks in lobby bar very expensive. Probably the best breakfast we have had in a uk hotel, very good. Couldn’t get into the other restaurant as fully booked so ate in the lobby and room where breakfast was. Fire alarm went off in middle of night which was fun.

Considering the location of the hotel and the price of the rooms, the hotel is nothing special which is a bit of a shame. Rooms need a little bit of a spruce up in some areas. Staff were lovely, although be warned that checking in early can cost you £30. Also just keep in mind that most of the rooms don’t have aircon if you are visiting during the warmer months.

Everything was excellent Some guests did not have their dogs on leads, not everybody that comes is a fan of dogs and some people have allergies so please remind guests to have their dogs on leads.

Good location and surrounding. The botel is lovely with a great view across the lake. The only downside is the heat in the room, with no air con and a fan who wasn't powerful enough to circulate the air which made a poor night of sleep. Breakfast was good, love the choices.

I've stayed at De Vere Cotswold Water Park many times and I'm always blown away by how amazing my stay is. The hotel is spectacular, modern and spotlessly clean. Every team member is welcoming and goes out of there way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The food is also a highlight, in beautiful surroundings and super tasty. This is my go-to hotel when in this area and would highly recommend.
