The checkin gentleman at the reception was delightful entry to UK - he was charming, friendly and helpful with recommendations and generally great chat. The building is historic and comes with an older feel - which can be difficult as it’s all a bit older (eg shower was very low ceiling). But that’s part of the charm I suppose. "
