"We had a great experience. We opted for some balloons as a surprise for a birthday, which we’re waiting in one of the rooms upon check-in. Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch. "

"The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel…Spa Girl Heaven As a spa girl, I had to come to Bath, and this hotel spoke to me. The spa is absolutely adorable, and my massage? 👩‍🍳💋 Pure perfection. The front desk was delightful, and our room was super cute. Bath as a town winds down early (around 8 PM), so if I came back, I’d do it like this: spa in the morning, explore in the afternoon, spa again, dinner, then bed. Highly recommend for a blissful, relaxing getaway. "

"We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"Great location (right on water, centre of town, opposite harbourside), good breakfast/dinner/bar on-site. Building & common parts slightly tired - but more than made up for by overall package. Probably my favourite hotel in Bristol having stayed in most!"
