"The house was well equipped, modern and very clean. Smart tv and wifi was included. Very quiet location. Parking was a bit tricky in the dark. Nice garden which would be lovely in warmer weather. "

"If you want to stay in a quiet place away from the tourist crunch in Bath this is the place for you. The owners communicated promptly and informatively. Very personable, as upon arrival they left us a handwritten note welcoming us and advising they had left bread, butter, milk and eggs in the frig for our first morning meal. Enter the postal code and the GPS will take you there. Some congested one lane roads but beautiful countryside. Front door parking and covered entry. Fully equipped kitchen...

"This lovely cottage is on a hillside that overlooks a beautiful valley. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory to relax in the morning or after a day site seeing. When the sun is out the conservatory can get a little to hot. There are a lot of stairs to manuver, but in spite of that we the many stairs we loved our stay."

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."

"Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside."

"Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay"

"Had a fantastic short holiday and this lovely cottage. Very spacious for a one bedroom. The cottage is beautifully presented with some quirky decor touches, which make it feel very individual and not at all like a generic rental. It has a really lovely atmosphere. The garden is enclosed so fantastic for the dog. There are some really nice places to visit not too far away. Communication with owners was also excellent. "Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!"

"Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend."

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
