The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size. Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception. The property is beautiful. Food and entertainment were lovely. Thank you!"

I was never hungry! My concierge checked in with me regularly. She even would give me a menu of what was going on on the property daily. Just outstanding service. If you got lost, a staff member, any staff member, would walk you to your destination. It was a gorgeous resort. Swim up bar and swim up pool to our room was amazing! Food was top tier! Can’t wait to stay again! "

He answered any questions we had without delay. This is definitely more of a stay at the resort and chill at the pool kind of place. Harder to go into town when compared to Cancun. "
