"まずは悪かったところ 5泊しましたが部屋の掃除が2日間入ってなくて、エコか何かかな？と思いタオルだけ変えてもらいました。3日目に廊下で会ったハウスキーパーの方に何日に一回掃除されるのか聞いたら毎日入ると。私達の部屋も掃除して欲しいと言うが、フロントに連絡するように言われたので、掃除と備品の補充を頼みました。しかし夜に部屋に戻るとまた何もされていませんでした。次の日は必ずお願いしますと念を押したものの、次の日もまたされていなかったので今すぐ来てくれるよう頼んでやっとしてくれたのがチェックアウトの前日の夕方。疲れて帰ってきてまた外に出て待たないといけなくて気分も身体も疲れました。結局5泊6日の滞在中掃除1回、タオル交換2回。 Wi-Fiは一部屋に2デバイス(24時間)までしか無料ではないので3台目を初日に繋いで15ドルチャージされたのはしょうがないとして、1台ディスコネクトして翌日(24時間後)からは常時2台しか繋げないようにしていました。しかし自動的に次の日も15ドルチャージされていたので、フロントに聞いたら一旦電源を切って入れなおせとのこと。そのようにしても繋げようとしたら警告が出るのでもう部屋のWi-Fiは1台も繋げずに自分達の5Gで使っていたにも関わらず滞在中ずっと15ドルチャージされていました。 よかったところ 立地は最高でストリップのどこに行くにも便利。アトラクションビューにしたので向かいのべラジオの噴水がいつでも見れました。高層階(23階建ての22階でした)だったので街の騒音もなく良かった。 部屋のバスルームは広く、バスタブも別であるのが良い。水量も多いので結構すぐお湯も張れます。 駐車場まではモールの中を結構歩かないといけない。1日20ドルで出し入れ自由。 総評 ルームクリーニングとWi-Fiに気をつけ、また利用したい。ラスベガス内だけの滞在ならレンタカーは次はいらないかな。uberの方が使い勝手はいいし楽だと思います。"

"First, when we arrived to Vegas I got a text around 2 saying my room was ready. Upon checking in at the mobile station, I was charged for early check in, despite them texting me saying my room was ready. I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for early check in when I was told my room was ready via the Caesar’s text communication. Second when we entered our room it was very hot! But the staff came quickly and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. 10/10 for them! Third, despite selecting the service option, we never received service in our room throughout the whole stay. Sunday-Thursday. We ended up having to find a housekeeping cart to ask for our own toilet paper. The location of the hotel is perfect, almost center on the strip across from Hell’s Kitchen and Caesar’s palace. We didn’t visit the pool but we enjoyed our stay at the flamingo. Even with the little hiccups we would stay here again. "

"The hotel was nice, clean and the rooms were great. They offered a 2-bedroom suite for a reasonable price, which was a great change from having to book two separate rooms for our family. It's only a block off the strip and very walkable. What I didn't like was the forced hard sell for their vacation properties and add-ons. After I checked in, I was ushered (herded?) to their concierge desk where they tried to get me to go visit their sister property and listen to a presentation for some free stuff (dining credits, etc.) and they pushed HARD to sell me show tickets. It took me a few minutes to catch on, and it was very, very hard to get away politely. I finally just had to walk away. All of this while my family was waiting for me in the car. I think, however, that this is a Vegas thing. We were accosted walking into other places with the same kind of offers and eventually learned to ignore it and blow things off. If you stay here, it's a nice place, just avoid the conciere after you check in. "

"I have stayed here previously and have been satisfied with Luxor. My stay was not the best, from their new check-in, which is all done as self check-in, only one person there trying to help mamy navigate the new system. W hen the tub drained, the water came up through the shower drain with black gunk and smelled like rotten eggs. I did go get my room changed. Room two was pretty much the same thing. Two of the pools were closed the entire time and one of the days there was no pool access at all and had the option of using Mandalay Bay, which was packed and some chairs were available, but at a cost or use the pool at Excalibur. I will have to give serious thought to staying at Luxor in the future."

"Caesar’s Palace is a fun place to lodge. More restaurants would be conducive. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. A non-smoking gaming area would be great and also separate non-smoking rooms from smoking. I could smell smoke in my non-smoking room. "
