"stayed here for a couple nights on a trip to Vegas however, upon arrival, the shower would not turn hot and none of the water was going down the drain when you would turn the water pressure higher. The whole tub sounded like it was starting to vibrate when I called the front desk, they said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come check it out or they could switch us rooms so we they were helpful with us, switching the rooms quickly, and even brought the new keys to our room. Parking and valet parking is pretty easy and not too bad of a walk for the strip overall good for the price just beware of some of the bathroom difficulties."

"The bed was too hard. We also woke up to 3 water leaks. 1 in the bathroom above the bathtub and the other 2 in the room. We had called the front desk to let them know and no one came. After they had told us someone would come to check it out. The girl at the Front desk didnt seem to care when we told her about the leaks. I would like a refund due to the inconvience."

"Bellmen was very quick to bring luggage to room. View was nice but room needs a new fridge because it was not working and there was dust next to the fridge. Sladania in VIP front desk had a lot of attitude and belittled us. Every time we called housekeeping or front desk they had an attitude on the phone which is insane for working in hospitality. Expect elevators to take long. Will never come back I expect more especially in such a “fine establishment.”"

"Very disappointed that the pool was not open after being told it was opening early. Paid for two pool view rooms, got a view of the nasty roof top, and the trashed pool area (that we really couldn’t see). Towels were hard to get. Hot water was SLOW coming to the room-plan for your shower about ten minutes BEFORE you want to actually take it! You will only get a mini fridge if you pay for a high end suite. "
