"Very welcoming staff and very helpful! Clean rooms, but there’s a problem with electrical in bathroom and people above our room were so lid and disrespectful moving and dragging things across the room we could hear everything down below "

"My initial check-in at Hilton Grand Vacations Club was smooth, and the first night went well. I extended my stay the following morning, and the front desk staff was helpful at that time. However, around noon, a leak from the upper floor caused significant flooding in the bathroom, which spread into the kitchen and bedroom got wet from splashing. I contacted the front desk about the issue. About 10-15 minutes passed & I called again because the ceiling is now bubbling and requested a room change due to the flooding, the staff member was unhelpful and spoke rudely, stating that a room switch was not possible until maintenance assessed the situation. Eventually, the staff who checked us in the morning called and moved us to a similar room on a different floor. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the delay and poor customer service during the incident were disappointing."
