"Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied."

"Overall disappointed with the property which is due to be demolished so not worth the owner making any repairs. Bedding and kitchen suitably clean. Did not have hot water on first evening so could not have a bath or wash up; owner responded quickly and had the problem fixed the following day.
