Comfortable, clean rooms and great choice of breakfast made our one night stay very enjoyable. There was a wedding in the hotel on the same day but the staff made sure our room was away from the noise as much as possible. Good location 10 min walk into Bournemouth on a quiet road one street from the sea. Watch out for the extra £10 car park charge though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the parking was good. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The room was well equipped and clean. I would definately stay again if in Bournemouth.

What made this property great was the staff. They went above and beyond. Both my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay despite a horrendous drive down on that day. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our needs. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that we weren’t happy with the bathroom. There was little pressure in the shower, the bathroom was dimly lit giving us a headache. We couldn’t wash our hair as the hotel had no hairdryers. Other than that, close to the sea, and a pretty building

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a room with a clawfoot tub, and that was a wonderful amenity. We were very happy to have that as an extra treat. And lovely breakfast in the morning.

A gen of a stay! We had the "Crab Apple" room, at the rear of the building, on first floor over top of the kitchen (?). Very quiet apart from the rattling bath exhaust fans of the room. Apparently those can be switched off, but we never found the switch. No other sounds st all in the room. Comfy bed, good cooked breakfast, and great staff. We also enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the very good on-site restaurant. Easy walk to the nearby art gallery and to the beaches.

This is an attractive, comfortable hotel in an ideal location to enjoy Bournemouth beach and centre. Our standard double room had basic furniture with little storage, but the bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower lovely. The restaurant is excellent, with a good range of menu items that were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The exterior of the hotel, especially the front door, is in need of redecoration and tbe bar seating looked shabby.
