Gem of a Hotel

Delightful hotel ,beautiful decor in bar , excellent parking Great welcome from host and bar staff. Easy to park and in a good position in Christchurch . Definitely return when we have more time .

Newly refurbished in great style, the hotel was a delight in all respects. From a really friendly welcome to a lovely big bedroom (with a great view of the old castle ruins and beautiful Priory church) and an excellent evening meal we were really happy with our choice.

Great central location close to the Priory. The hotel was welcoming & well decorated with parking at the back. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Hi there, I was there for a one-night-stay (some funerals). The staff was nice and welcoming! The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with an excellent air-con with unforgiving hot conditions (heatwave) outside. After a train-trip impacted by the hot temperatures, it was great to arrive in this haven! Next morning, Breakfast was excellent. There are a few nice places around, though I arrived on a Monday evening, so many restaurants were closed. The hotel is well located at walking distance from shops, restaurants and places to visit. The stay was a lovely relief after a busy day. The room was large and comfortable, however the pillows were very soft. We ate at the hotel with the food being beautifully presented and delicious. Would recommend.

Just a lovely little hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Good food-we dined in on the night of our arrival-and a very good breakfast as well. The bed was lovely and super comfortable and we very much appreciated the towel warmer as the weather was super wet when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.
