"perfect for a relaxing 2 night stay - the room and bathroom were excellent and very clean - the smart tv was real good with lots of options and the staff were very friendly "
"Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied."
"A lovely peaceful hotel, beautifully decorated. Pleasant staff. Relaxing bar and lounge. Good choice at breakfast. Free parking and ideally located with a shortish walk to the beach (via Toft zigzag). Not too far from town centre which is 5 mins by car."

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it.
The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."

Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd.
