"We enjoyed 6 nights in Branksome. The property was modern, clean and well equipped. Communication could not be faulted. There was parking outside and also plenty of on road parking. Walkable to supermarkets and lots of other shops. Ten minutes drive to great beaches. Great location."

"To describe the property as ‘vibrant’ is a complete misnomer. It did indeed have enough beds for seven but the dining table (if you can call it that) was barely able to take four. The seats outside were four sturdy and collapsible chairs that did just that even under the weight of our eleven year old. The shower pole fell apart with little provocation. We were very disappointed to put it mildly."

"The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. "We had a lovely week. The only thing to be aware of is that check in info is only sent 48hrs before check in. This was fine, but I was a bit worried it was a scam. The communication was fine, other than this issue."

"We were 6 adults. The two bedrooms with bunk beds were tiny and more suitable for children or teens. One couple ended up sleeping on the L shaped sofa in the living room. It was inconvenient that there was no hot water at the downstairs bathroom sink. Also, the towel warmer upstairs became very heated for reasons we do not understand. Could be a danger."
