"Stayed with 10 friends with average age of 60. Photos of house interior on Vrbo are generally accurate - those on the website for Wheathill show different furniture and soft furnishings. Overall1930s shabby chic vibe is very nice and as expected. Good location in rural residential area10 mins walk to nearest shop and a pub. "We had exec room 913 on the top floor . Lovely stay, nice facilities , very clean and a really comfy bed. Only downside being the aircon , it was hopeless . That was such a shame because everything else was perfect and I was desperate for a proper nights sleep after the run of warm weather."

We have stayed here before and the reception staff are excellent, the pool and entertainment are good, The position to Boscombe Gardens and Beach is perfect as are the transport links to Poole, Bournemouth, South Bourne. Would recommend this hotel for value for money"

"From the moment you enter the Kings Arms you are made welcome by the excellent staff, who are genuinely interested in making your stay as good as possible. Our room for two adults and two children (4 & 8) was perfect, with the sofa-bed made up for the kids. The room was extremely comfortable with an excellent bed, air-con that worked well, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. The breakfasts were amazing and again the serving staff were extremely helpful and friendly. What a wonderful place to stay!"
