"Very nice. Great pool. Beach was nice. Plenty of restaurants and food options on the property. Would definitely return to Puerto Rico and the Royal Sonesta."

"Our door was propped open upon arrival, it smelt musty/moldy, there was a used hair elastic with a hair stuck in it next to the sink, the couch was covered in stains, every stainless steel surface was rusting, they used a down sheet as a fitted sheet on the bed and only provided one single small/thin blanket on a king size bed. Overall was very dissatisfied. We did not want to stay the remainder of our trip and was not able to get any sort of refund. When we went to talk to a manager, the front desk staff was short and rude and not helpful. 10/10 would NEVER stay there again."

"Beach not accessible for use You have to cross a bridge where elevator was not functioning. I am in a wheelchair and could not access the beach. Pool is small and not handicapped accessible. Room service was average and parking not accessible safety through the front"
