"We loved staying in Bryan's house on the beach. We really enjoyed the access to the beach and taking long walks in the morning. "The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. "We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. "We had a great time in Rincon area staying at the Beach Pad! It was just right for our short stay. We were able to walk to the beach and drive to close by towns. Alan was very helpful as well with great check in and out instructions. It was a fun stay."

Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad."
