"Our stay here was amazing. Staff was always helpful. The place was very clean. The hotel is close to little Condado beach, Condado beach and pretty much close to anything touristic one would do. Would definitely recommend."

"When we visit Puerto Rico, this is the Hotel we always stay at. The hotel is like tuck away from everything else. The beach and pool access is excellent. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We haven’t experienced anything unpleasant so far. We always feel safe in the hotel property and in the surrounding area."

"The staff was amazing, very helpful, gave directions, and educated us about what can be done while visiting. The front Desk should get bonuses; they make the guests feel special! I would definitely stay again. During my first time there, I felt comfortable. The music in the lobby was awesome as well, and the ambiance."

"Everybody was so helpful we arrived late and had no problems. Rooms were clean, rooftop was amazing. Loved the stay overall and would book again 100%. Jacuzzi was very nice as well. Loved the shower would book again just to use the shower again."
