The hotel itself is cute, in the perfect place and really good for the money, but overall Jhan is the reason we would come back, his exceptional service and amazing personality really sealed the deal, on vacation you want a nice stay but personable service, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy not only our stay at the hotel but what’s around the area, and their amenities in their sister hotel. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone. They have rooms of all kinds to make your stay easy no matter who you come with!

The room was decent and the staff courteous.They were very accomodating when I checked out and had to leave my bags with them for a couple of hours. They have free coffee in the morning and that's it. They have a pricey restaurant nearby where they'll steer you for breakfast but no one was in it but two waiters. The biggest disadvantage is that it can be noisy at night if people are checking in late.

Great location, beautiful, clean room and friendly staff. The area is very quiet and everything is within a 15 minute drive I really did like this hotel a lot my first time visiting I would definitely be back. the people in Puerto Rico, very nice and respectful. Only one recommendation if you love eating spicy food make sure you take your own chili bottles!

When you arrive, you get an actual key. It opens your door as well as the private entrance doors that connect to the street. The hotel is probably my favorite hotel, not just in Puerto Rico, but from anywhere I've visited. It is beautiful and peaceful. You will feel so safe. Each room is tucked away in ypur own little alcove. There is a very nice small pool. There are lots of sitting areas. If you leave the hotel there are blocks of food, bakeries, snacks. It is a great place to stay if you want to walk and relax. It is approximately 7 minutes grom the airport and 7 minutes from old san juan.
