"It might not be shiny and new, but it's a gem ! Check in staff were unbelievably accommodating, went beyond above and beyond! Room was exactly as it should be, no frills(some might say slightly dated but I thought it was charming) Stunning views, quickest walk possible to harbour and park/seawall... I've been a fine dining chef for a quarter of a century and the food far exceeded my expectations, especially for a non brand new hotel. Menu was well curated, executed EXTREMELY WELL! Priced fairly(especially with the lunch coupon you receive at check out) Service was solid, especially Pavel; always going above and beyond while putting a smile on your face Bartenders were great The entire staff from check in to check out was phenomenal. Can't beat the location Will one million percent be staying here again and would HIGHLY recommend Again it's not flashy like a brand new W hotel and may seem a little dated; but location, price point, service and attention to detail were second to none. Perfect spot to take in what down town Vancouver and surrounding areas have to offer. "
