"Our women’s group stayed here while in town for a conference. We had the best time and each of us loved the house. Great location to the beach. House was spacious, we were at max capacity and didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food of course). Host was phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we will book again in the future. "

"We decided on this rental for our annual Pismo trip with friends. We've been considering an RV so what better way to test our theories!The host was very friendly in all our written communications, and the checkin instructions were so clear and detailed we felt like veteran RVers. Check in was super easy and we never spoke to a soul (but knew she was available as well as the resort staff). We were nervous with making a double reservation with both the host and resort but it was so easy and staff was friendly and professional!The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, including s'more supplies left as a welcome from the host. We had such a great time and if we visit again before we buy our own, we will be using this host again.P.S. My husband wants a pet raccoon...the tire cover was a sign that we would have a blast. The little guy greeted us as we parked!"

"It was an ok house that seems a bit neglected but you can walk to the beach. Lots of dog hair on the couch covers, somebody’s bathing suit left under one of the living room chairs. Missing and broken screens. Hair left by the cleaning people on guest towels in the bath. The usual weird assortment of kitchen implements, no foil. Broken clean wine glass in the cabinet (?) someone put that in there like that!The view of the dunes is nice though. All the living is upstairs so you must haul everything you bring up."
