"The room was in good looking condition but the carpet felt dirty and slightly sticky to walk on barefoot so it does leave me to wonder what else isn't getting cleaned properly. It is a very budget friendly room though so I suppose it is worth it."

"Location was unbeatable. Room clean and fresh. We happened to be there at Spring Break so there were many families with children. All had a great time in the pool. Lots of people at the hotel but didn't seem crowded. Just active. Pillows were the most comfortable of any hotel ever. Coffee and rolls in the morning was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Facility was well thought out and had processes in place to deal with all the people without anyone feeling ignored. Part of that was to have sufficient staff on site. It is right above the beach so it takes about 30 seconds to get to the steps to the beach then another 15 seconds to get down them and there you are on the beach with about 6-8 beach volleyball courts to your right and the Pacific ocean in front of you. Pismo beach is a great beach. This hotel gives you total access quickly. We had a great time. "

"As advertised. It was perfect for my husband and I for 10 days away from snow and cold. It is .4 mile walk from beach and less than that to several very good restaurants. The outdoor patio is behind the house behind a fence which we had to hunt for it it's a nice area to relax. "
