"We’ve stayed here before and it was a great stay since then it seems like the inside of the hotel has been refreshed but the cost of tha refreshment is untrained staff and no more warm fresh baked cookies. Honestly, the cookies were a nice touch it aligned more with the level of the hotel. You get that this version of the hotel chains for Marriott well isn’t top of the line. However, you concede for price but having enough staff that is trained by the way goes a long way. "

"I would NOT recommend staying here. As soon as I walked into the room I was staying in, it was nothing like the pictures that were advertised. The room wasn’t clean and especially the bathroom. There were hairs left in the toilet, a used toilet paper roll was still hung inside the bathroom and I’m pretty sure there was poop smeared on the wall and door that had been sitting there for a while. I immediately checked out after about 30 minutes of staying there and had to book somewhere else to stay. "

"The breakfast was a basic continental with a waffle maker. A good value stay in SLO. "

"The staff was very personable, the room was clean and there was ample parking. Conveniently located near college and the culture of SLO. We also appreciated breakfast that allowed for a hot breakfast sandwich."

"Yes laundry was on site and parking was great. Motel 6 is better than any other motel we have ever stayed in. We are coming back to motel 6on Monday afternoon soon as i get off work. Motel 6 is a good place to stay. "
