"I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this resort, and wish we could have spent weeks there!! The beautiful location and the gorgeous room were perfect. The interior decor was just beautiful and thoughfully designed, and it had absolutely everything you could need, and so much space!! Th walkable path along the coast, the access to the beach, the firepits, pools, hot tubs, and coffee shop were just the icing on the cake. It was also so nice to be so close to so many beautiful places to visit. As a side note, I was happy the hotel was not further up the coast because thousands of pelicans hang out there, and it is STINKY!! I would definitley stay here again, and wish our time there had been longer!!"

"Such a nice place for a quick get away! I could hear and see the ocean from the room. Every staff member was not only courteous and helpful but NICE. Niceness is priceless! Food could be ordered for room service, maybe quality could be improved but location can't be beat....Thank you Cottage Inn by the Sea for such a wonderful stay!!"

"The location could not be better! Walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants plus hotel is attached to the pier and directly on the beach! Parking is super easy and right outside the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I upgraded to an oceanfront suite which was totally worth it. Great stay overall!"

"Beachwalker Inn at Pismo Beach is a decent hotel that’s walking distance to pier, food and shops. AC worked well, room was clean, spacious and had comfy beds. Parking is included but limited and compact. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. I would def book here again if available."

"Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay although the bathroom could use a cabinet for toiletries and windows in bedroom and living should be frosted. The room we had was street level so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving blinds up because pedestrians walking by and you get no natural sunlight. Walking distance to pier and plenty of restaurants nearby."
