"The cottage is cozy and clean. it was perfect for our trip. We had the best time make sure you get the chippers cookies they are fantastic. Our hosts were just great I would highly recommend the Cottage. We hope to visit again soon."

"The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home.We'll return if we get a chance!"

"Randy’s place exceeded expectations! We had an amazing stay and absolutely recommend. All information provided in the listing and pics is accurate/up to date. For anyone traveling with little kids (our youngest is 3) bring a baby gate for the stairs (the swing gate kind) and know that the door locks are easy for them to open so maybe a few child safety locks for the door handles. Other than this, your busy kid can move pretty freely. This home doesn’t have a ton of breakable items everywhere so no worries! The neighbors are friendly and area felt safe and quiet."
