Edgewater Inn And Suites

"The staff at Edgewater are very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast snacks are nice and plentiful. The closeness to downtown makes it an ideal destination. The Edgewater, although a nice place to stay, is old and in need of some rehab. One elevator was not working and an ice machine was not functioning. Even with a few negatives, I would stay there again."

"We liked that our room was newly remodeled and was very clean. The only problem was with the parking because of the dumpsters in the parking lot. We were okay with it because they are remodeling and that is to be expected. It’s going to be very nice once they are finished. We will definitely stay here again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We recently stayed at Hilton Vacation Club San Luis Bay in Avila Beach and had a very enjoyable visit. The lobby has been beautifully renovated and gives a great first impression. While the guest rooms are a bit dated compared to the lobby, they were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room included a comfortable king bed, a full kitchen, and a partial ocean view if you stepped out onto the balcony and looked toward the water. The extra space and kitchen were a nice bonus for a longer stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to Avila Beach and the surrounding area. Overall, the property could use some room updates, but the cleanliness, amenities, and great location made for a pleasant stay. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"There is a lot of noise in the room from people and things traveling up and down the walk-way outside. Lovely property that is reasonably priced - so I would consider staying again. But I would make sure that I could be in the second room so that the hall noise isn't such an issue. Breakfast bar is awesome."
