Happy Clam Casa Oceanfront Beach House w/Private GuestHouse

  • Right on the sand, this home is an Ocean Front Paradise! Huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a sliding glass door leads out to the 250 sq ft deck that floats above the sand. 2 master suites in the main house enjoy the same incredible beach and ocean views. Kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, painting & counter tops. There is a separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach.

    This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed. An outside camera and motion activated lights facing the street provide added security.

    PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS HOME.
