"We loved our one night stay at the Madonna Inn. We stayed in the Daisy Mae room and it was amazing! We loved the shower and the waterfall sink. We enjoyed the pool and hottub area, and had a lovely drink at the bar and enjoyed the live music there. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a stay with character and personality. Will definitely return!"

"Wonderful house to stay at. We had our family of 5 there for a night while crossing the state. Well worth the stop and a great alternative to the beach hotel scene. We had a private house, great for cooking with a beautiful view. It shares the area with 2-3 other houses as part of the site, so would work great with multiple families. However other than the delightful owners we didn’t encounter anyone else and there is enough foliage you forget there’s other cabins around you."

"This was a wonderful, homey rental for a group to gather, cook and share meals, and enjoy outdoor living areas. It feels very remote but as others have mentioned it is very easy to drive into town. We loved the breakfast room nook for reading and watching the birds and squirrels at the feeder, the large outdoor dining table and BBQ grill, the fire pit, and all of the seating areas under the grape arbor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking big family meals. There are two en-suite bedrooms. Downstairs is a queen sized bed and upstairs is a king with the laundry access through the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms use a large bathroom on the first floor. That wasn’t an issue for us but if someone has mobility issues, going up and downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night might be a challenge. It’s important to heed the owner’s warnings about ticks. Our family loves to hike and we had several ticks. There was a lot of wildlife due to the remoteness, which added adventure! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."
