We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It is a little out of the way but the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the train station and a free hourly shuttle to the nearby town which is absolutely fabulous.
