"Due to unexpected flight delays, I ended up needing an early morning check-in on arrival, and I honestly cannot say enough about how accommodating the hotel staff were. They went above and beyond to look after my well-being throughout the delays and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Beyond the service, the hotel was fantastic — my room had a beautiful view of Minato Mirai, and the location was spectacular. It's right next to a train station with walkable paths branching out in every direction, which made getting around effortless. If anyone finds themselves traveling to Yokohama, I would highly recommend this hotel."

From helping with our cases, local information and just supreme efficiency they were amazing! The room was very large and had a huge bed. It was immaculately clean, with every amenity you might want inside. I slept so well, like I was on a cloud! I wish I had their bed at home. The buffet breakfast had everything! In the Japanese section the salmon was delicious, My following cruise has some high standards to follow!"

"Bus stop right out front and convenient to the ropeway stop. Beat the crowds and go clockwise (ship, ropeway, then cable car). Black eggs stop worth it. Need cash if not using the H or K buses. Hakone pass was worth it as it covered the ferry, ropeway, cable car and H and K busses. The private onsen was really good after a day out. You book it for an hour and is included in your booking. Room #1 has its own shower, others use the onsen showers."
