Beautiful property, beautiful room. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was great. Nice to have the tub in the room (on the balcony overlooking the property) and there is also a separate foot spa in the front of the property where we soaked our feet and had drinks!
Amazi location, beautiful view, and very friendly and respectful staff. They take their roles very seriously and want to deliver a wonderful and authentic experience for you. The ensuite onsen in the room balcony was absolutely incredible. I spent hours in there! The food was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the dinners in the dining hall in the annex were absolutely amazing
A bathtub on the balcony in the room, filled with water from a hot spring, is a great solution after a long excursion.
A very picturesque garden with waterfalls.
Great place to relax and unwind! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and caring throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and made it easy to truly relax and enjoy the experience. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
We really enjoyed private hot spring. The staff was very kind and helpful. Expedia Gold status wasn’t really what it was described, disappointing. In general, otherwise Hôtel staying was great!
Room was lovely and clean and the outdoor tub made a for a lovely addition. Staff very friendly, but maybe not the quickest at reception and the bar areas. Teppanyaki dinner however was superb.
Hotel has a Mountain View outdoor onset bath with stunning view. Their staff is very helpful. Food is excellent. It was our second stay and will defiantly go back again.
This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffets were unbelievable. So much selection and everything tasted very high quality. The room was huge and the private onsen was incredibly relaxing. The highlight of our trip to Japan and we cannot wait to stay here again in our next visit.
Such a beautiful, peaveful property in a beautiful location. The onsens were amazing and the people were lovely. The breakfast and dinner were buffet style and had a great variety of food. I would come back in an instant
