At check out was fast and easy big thank you to Akadq and Danus so friendly Top 10 stars to Akadq for her fantastic Service going above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional, Rafael at the door entrance wow so good at his job. "I found a great deal for February- excellent hotel, very comfortable room and bed. The staff was very friendly. Perfect location for Broadway. It was so nice to be able to just walk 5 minutes to my theatres every night. "

"Big room, clean, remodeled, has kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, big shower. Comfortable king bed, nice pillows. Breakfast changes day to day, not much but different. Staff friendly. 3 fast elevators. Stayed 6 days attending trade show at Javits Center 3 blocks away. Stayed here many times in the past, biggest difference is Element has biggest rooms compared to all business hotels in the area or NYC hotels in general. "
