"I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"The house is perfectly located on the beach with plenty of restaurants and essential businesses. We had plenty of beach time but enjoyed the heated pool too. The house is spacious and private for guests and the kitchen and dining area is spacious for cooking and eating. "

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Osprey watch. Royce was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The neighbors were also really nice and had great suggestions of stuff to do in the area. All in all I would recommend as a great family vacation house."

"Beautiful location, nice roomy home, loved all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Mattresses were very comfortably lots of extra coveniences, ice maker, 2 coffee pots and tvs in bedrooms. Living room chairs were very worn and deck rough in places. Would definitely rent again!"

"Loved everything about the house and location. It’s awesome to have the beach in your back yard. The house was bigger than I viewed in pics. You are very close to places to eat, groceries, etc. Having an ice machine in the laundry room was a huge bonus!!!!"

"Cottages at Romar is a great place to stay. It is very pretty, quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. C3 was very clean, the beds were comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. We are planning on renting C3 next year for our annual trip. "
