This development is brand new with very nice features and fixtures throughout the home. "This is an older home, with some areas needing repair. The kitchen/dining room floors were kind of rough and gave our grandson splinters. Also, the air conditioning for the main part of the house wasn't working very well. The A/C for the upstairs rooms and the bunk room were working great, though. The house is in an excellent location, though. And it offers a great amount of space for a large group wanting to stay right on the beach. The beach there is amazing and not very busy at all."
